They are packed in a rigid box that has the role of storing and protecting the adhesive.
This set is specially designed to quickly and efficiently repair large dents. The metal tabs size was carefully chosen after a period of tests and consultations with several top PDR techs.
The metal tabs are made of high quality steel treated against oxidation.
The metal tabs can be used on most slide hammers, however, before ordering it is good to check the compatibility [the fixing nut has the following dimensions: 20mmx13mmx5mm}
Best to be used in combination with heavy slide hammers [minimum 1500g]
Attention: this set cannot repair any type of dents and cold glue is not and will not be as efficient as hot glue.

Cold glue is a special adhesive based on butyl rubber, developed together with engineers from the chemical industry, optimized for PDR to be effective over a wide range of temperatures both for cold and warm weather. It is effective when the temperature of the work surface is between 20 and 35 degrees Celsius.
It is easy to use both on metal and plastic pulling systems, it is easy to clean from surfaces with the help of solvents in particular those based on hydrocarbons.
It is recommended to prepare the surface before use, cleaning the body from dust,grease or traces of wax. For high efficiency on cold or cool days, it is recommended to heat the work surface, a value of 25-30 degrees Celsius for optimal results.
Warnings!
It is recommended to be stored in the original packaging, away from excessive heat sources or sunlight for long periods of time.
If it is contaminated with dust or large abrasive particles, it is recommended to replace it in order not to damage the car’s clearcoat during use.
After a longer period of inactivity, it is recommended to mix it for a few seconds for a better homogenization of the component substances.

Method of application:
In order to become easily to handle, the cold glue must be heated to 30-40 degrees Celsius. You can apply the storage box in direct sunlight, you can put it near a heat source or you can heat slowly, from a distance with a hot air gun. Beforehand, the metal tabs require degreasing with alcohol or solvent. The metal tabs must be at approximately the same temperature as the glue. At the right temperature the glue can be easily portioned and applied to the metal tabs. Tear off a certain amount from the mold, apply it to the middle of the metal tab, then knead it with your fingers until it reaches the edge. After application, you need to wait a few minutes for the glue to reach room temperature, only then will it have sufficient grip on the metal tab to be used.
